If you turn on the hose, set it on the ground for one second you turn around the next second you turn around and Chip is taking little Chiwawa-pomeranian mouth fulls of hose water and he will chase the stupid hose around if you move it a centimeter with your foot. Its like your watering your daffodils and then all of a sudden this little rat dog runs up, squishing your other flowers and eating water at an alarming pace. Picture that.
